Our Young Organic Dried Jackfruit is THE perfect meat substitute and a good alternative to Organic Young Jackfruit Natural. It is easy to prepare and very versatile.
Prior to preparation and consumption, the Dried Organic Young Jackfruit pieces must be doused with boiling water until completely covered. Afterwards they should rest for 10 to 15 minutes. Then you can start cooking and experimenting at your heart’s content!

Our Organic Crispy Snack Jackfruit is the ideal vegan snack for in between meals or on the go. Being free from gluten, it is also perfectly suitable to allergic consumers. To obtain the Jackfruit chips and to preserve their full exotic flavour, ripened Jackfruit pieces are gently dried and then packaged. No artificial colours, preservatives or flavours are added. Like all Jackfruit products, the Organic Crispy Snack Jackfruit is also rich in vitamins A and C, high in fibre and antioxidants.
